美国时间7月19号，也就是上周末，有玩家自发牵头联系到美国律师所对任天堂Switch摇杆漂移的频发事件正式发起集体诉讼。这起诉讼也终于逼得这家全球游戏巨头低下头颅，首次就这个从NS上市就存在的问题作出回应。当然本次事件的影响不仅仅于此，任天堂的股价在美国时间周一开市后便遭遇下跌。
可以看到19日之前，任天堂的股价因为NS Lite的发布一直在高位摩擦，而经历了周末的时间发酵后，不论是美股还是日本东京的股市交易中，任天堂的股票在本周都经历了持续走低，且尚未有回升的势头。
美国律师所提起的摇杆漂移起诉书指控任天堂犯下商业欺诈并违反了联邦保修法。指控要求任天堂进行金钱赔偿并且给出进一步的说明。美国任天堂在昨日通过Kotaku发表了一份简短的声明，称已经获悉该问题，但没有给出具体解决方案，只是叫出现问题的用户“直接联系客服。”
这份声明很难令人满意。海内外多数玩家认为任天堂这简短的几行字不负责任，没能拿出该有的诚意和实质的解决问题方案。若是诉讼得以获得成功，对任天堂来说代价或许会十分高昂。截至今年3月，公司全球的Switch销量已经超过3500万台，还没包括单独Joy-Con套件的售卖量。而玩家其实也别指望能够获得点对点的弥补，除了极少数的案例以外，这种集体诉讼通常并不会以简简单单的赔偿收尾。
