电子游戏将迎来一个盛大的假日季节。YouGov在2019年11月进行的一项调查显示，有孩子的父母中有40%预计今年在游戏礼物方面的支出将超过去年。
据美国有线电视新闻网（CNN）报道，任天堂Switch是黑色星期五销量最高的产品之一。YouGov的数据显示，至少1/5的家长计划在这个假期购买PlayStation 4（22%）或任天堂Switch（21%）。
预计销售强劲
这将成为视频游戏销售的旺季，因为40%的父母打算比去年花更多的钱。
有孩子的父母预计在新游戏和游戏内容方面花费180美元，每五美元中就有一美元用于购买游戏中的内容。
游戏玩家的父母预计会购买5款游戏，近一半的受访者（47%）也希望在这个假日购物季购买一款新的游戏机。
在决定给孩子买什么游戏时，绝大多数（88%）父母会在网上浏览，62%的父母会在零售店浏览。总的来说，那些在网上浏览的父母会去亚马逊、沃尔玛、Target和GameStop等零售网站。近1/3的受访者（31%）计划主要在网上购物。
今年早些时候，微软和索尼宣布，他们的新游戏机将于2020年发布。刚刚超过一半（56%）的美国人知道微软的Xbox Project Scarlett或索尼的PlayStation5。
在这些知道新游戏机发布的父母中，只有6%会因为明年新发布的游戏机而减少在这么方面的游戏支出。
在那些知道即将发布的游戏机的父母中，近一半（49%）表示这不会影响他们在这个假日季购买新游戏机的意图，22%将等待明年推出新游戏机。
近1/5的父母（18%）表示，既然他们知道明年将发布新的游戏机，他们今年更有可能购买Switch。
此外，18%的受访者将等到明年以折扣价格购买当前一代Xbox One或PlayStation 4。
