男主角布莱恩是一名“随性的器官运输员”，据称将由奥斯汀·艾布拉姆斯（Austin Abrams）饰演。他接到一单深夜运送任务，要将器官送至浣熊市综合医院。就在运送途中，布莱恩经过一条雪山公路时意外撞到了一名神秘女子。女子虽然活了下来，但显然“有些不对劲”。布莱恩试图救她，却一步步卷入了一场全面爆发的恐怖事件，其中充斥着触手变异怪物与生化武器噩梦。
