今日，《宝可梦TCG Pocket》官方确认，新增主题扩展包“天与海的指引·凤王”与“天与海的指引·洛奇亚”中的部分卡牌插图在制作过程中出现问题，相关卡牌将暂时以临时图像提供，并于后续替换为正确插图。
受影响的卡牌包括“凤王ex（★3）”及“洛奇亚ex（★3）”。其中“凤王ex（★3）”的卡面插图，以及“洛奇亚ex（★3）”的沉浸式演出中出现的凤王图像，被指出与一位插画师于2021年发布的作品极为相似。该插画师为在网络上活跃的创作者“昼时歌”，他在社交平台X上发文指出该卡图轮廓与其早期作品高度重合，引发热议。
对此，宝可梦公司发布声明称，经过内部调查确认，卡牌制作团队在委托插画创作过程中，误将错误资料作为正式参考资料提供给合作插画师。尽管未明确说明参考图来源，但推测可能涉及粉丝创作被误用为官方参考。宝可梦方面对因此造成困扰的玩家及插画师表示诚挚歉意，并承诺将持续调查是否存在其他类似情况。
目前，受影响的卡牌将以“空白图像”形式临时提供，待新图准备完成后进行替换。官方同时表示，将强化内部审核流程，防止类似事件再次发生。
