鸟山明，日本漫画家，爱知县名古屋市出身。代表作有《龙珠》、《阿拉蕾》等，亦为《勇者斗恶龙》、《Tobal No.1》、《时空之轮》、《蓝龙》等著名游戏担当角色设定。其最著名的作品《龙珠》风靡全球历久不衰，历经数十年人气仍然居高不下，现在亦定期推出动漫及游戏等周边商品。拥有自己的工作室“BIRD STUDIO”（バードスタジオ）。
