备受期待的美剧《人生切割术》第二季已正式开播，第一集开头主角 Mark 奔过公司的走廊。根据剧组透露，这个片段受到了好莱坞著名的“奔跑专家”汤姆·克鲁斯的启发，并且耗费了长达 5 个月的时间筹备和制作。
饰演 Mark 的演员 Adam Scott 在官方播客期间透露，这个片段虽然看起来是一镜到底，但实际上是 10 个不同的部分分别拍摄：“我们在 5 个月的时间里拍摄了这 10 个不同的片段。”
第一集的导演 Ben Stiller 表示：“每个部分对于布景的处理都有着不同的需求，所以有一个片段我们必须完全使用绿幕、让你（Scott）在跑步机上并使用运动控制摄像头完成；有一个片段则必须把一面墙打破，使用一台螺栓臂机器——一个带有摄像头的运动控制机器人臂。”
