最近有传言称英伟达RTX 50系列显卡可能会成为该公司首个基于MCM的主流GPU，而且Blackwell架构将带来英伟达公司历史上最大的性能提升。英伟达最近确认Blackwell GPU将于2024年推出，采用台积电3纳米工艺。
传言来自外媒RedGamingTech，他们已经收到了一些关于架构的消息。
首先，Blackwell将采用全新的SM结构。考虑到底层的微架构正在转向Blackwell的MCM设计-这并不奇怪。

英伟达Hopper首发时是世界上速度最快的4纳米GPU，也是世界上首个采用HBM 3内存的GPU。它的配置甚至超过了RTX 4090，拥有18432个CUDA核心，而RTX 4090的CUDA核心是16384个。Blackwell将提供比Hopper架构更重大的性能提升。在之前的泄露中已有四个Blackwell GPU被确认。
