日前，黑猫投诉官微消息，最近有大量用户在平台反馈iPhone 14存在频繁自动重启的问题，严重的甚至每天都会死机、自动重启1-2次。经检测不少用户表示该问题是硬件问题，苹果官方应给出相应的解决方案，让我们一起来看看吧！
据投诉消费者介绍，自己是在苹果指定经销商购买的iPhone 14 512GB，第一次打400远程诊断和查分析报告说硬件没问题，第二次打说软件升级问题，等了两天自己上网脑补发手机分析报告显示的是硬件问题。
他到苹果指定的售后经销商说，只能返厂换没有包装的新机不能给现场换机(而他前一位送修的因为在这个店购买的就给换了新机)，联系苹果官方也没有给出直接置换的解决方案。该用户的诉求就是按照三包要求调换一部没开包装的新机。
另一位用户则称，自己的iPhone 14 128GB同样购买于苹果授权店，没几天就出现了产品质量问题(闪退死机自动重启，绝对非人为因素)，严重影响他的手机正常使用。随后该用户把手机交到授权经销商手里准备返厂，但发现手机后屏右下角有一处小裂痕，他猜测就是这个原因苹果经销商才拒绝维修。
目前，苹果官方以及相关苹果经销店还没有就此事给出回应。
