当Switch与Switch2玩家联机时，若任一方使用Mii斗士角色，比赛可能立即终止;Mii斗士的缩略图可能无法正确保存。
任天堂已建议玩家暂时避免在线上模式使用Mii斗士，相关修复补丁正在开发中。考虑到游戏拥有庞大的可选角色阵容，玩家可暂时选择皮卡丘、林克等经典角色进行对战。
在6月5日发布的最终版兼容性报告中，日服官网确认已测试超过15,000款第三方游戏，其中98%运行无异常。少数存在问题的游戏包括：
· 一方游戏《Nintendo Switch 运动》足球模式偶发帧率骤降
· 极少量第一方作品暂不支持(具体名单未公开)
任天堂承诺将优先修复第一方游戏问题，第三方游戏补丁可能需更长时间。玩家可通过eShop页面查询具体游戏的兼容状态。尽管存在零星问题，Switch2仍被证实能完美运行绝大多数前代作品。
