1月2日，360借壳方江南嘉捷宣布股票复牌，开盘即涨6.59%报49元。随后，盘中大涨10.01%，报收50.57元。
这是江南嘉捷在完成360借壳过会后的第一个涨停。2017年12月29日，360借壳成功过会。360公司创始人兼CEO周鸿祎还特意微博发布一组组图，并配文称“感谢我们的合作伙伴，感谢我们的团队”。
根据12月29日证监会最新公告，江南嘉捷（发行股份购买资产）获有条件通过。同时需在10个工作日内将有关补充材料及修改后的报告书报送上市公司监管部，包括购买资产方案的三项审核意见：一是需补充披露标的资产（即360公司）的董事在报告期内是否发生重大变化；二是需补充披露标的资产涉诉情况及风险管理措施；三是需补充披露标的资产原企业安全业务的具体情况、分拆过程、分拆的必要性及合理性，请独立财务顾问、律师核查并发表明确意见。
11月3日，A股上市公司江南嘉捷电梯股份有限公司发布重大资产重组报告书。报告书称，重组完成后，上市公司实际控制人变更为奇虎360公司周鸿祎。此次交易标的（360公司）估值为504亿元。交易完成后，周鸿祎直接或间接持股63.70%，成为公司实际控制人。
