如果说近日国内那款游戏在海外最引发轰动，腾讯发行的《PUBG Mobile》 (绝地求生：刺激战场) 定当仁不让。全球发行仅一周，就在全球 87 个国家的 iPhone 商店、96 个国家的 iPad 商店和 59 个国家的 Google Play 商店实现登顶。
《PUBG Mobile》是《绝地求生大逃杀》的官方正版手游，该游戏于2018年3月16日开始在全球范围内发行。从3月20日开始《PUBGMobile》人气急剧上升，3月22日iOS版在美国、德国、英国、法国、俄罗斯和巴西等全球重要的游戏市场上逆转《堡垒之夜》登顶。
不过可能是源于日语、韩语和繁体中文本地化的未完善，《PUBG Mobile》 暂时没有登陆日本、韩国和台湾地区的应用市场。
《PUBG Mobile》之所以创造出如此成绩，可能与海外的口碑息息相关。游戏智库曾经报道过，《PUBG Mobile》在加拿大市场的海外首秀的首日，便斩获GooglePlay玩家4.9的高评分。
3月24日，美国知名游戏媒体IGN 也为《PUBG Mobile》打出了8.7分的高分评价，认为该游戏是“技术上的奇迹”，并在文中甚至表示游戏“从技术角度上讲，运行得比Xbox版更好”。
全文中，IGN从技术角度赞扬了《PUBG Mobile》运行效果明显强于Xbox版，移动版整体材质更加精细，帧数更加稳定而且鲜有崩溃的情况发生。IGN更是夸耀《PUBG Mobile》在手机那娇小的触摸屏上真正的还原了端游的体验。不过除却夸耀，IGN同样也认为游戏在触摸屏上缺乏精确的操作。毕竟玩家需要在手机屏幕上控制视角，方向，射击，收集等一系列动作，想要同时操作的确有些麻烦。
