2016年8月，业内发生了一起中国手游发展历史上最重量级的纠纷。
当时网易向广州天河区法院提起诉讼，认为乐动卓越旗下《我叫MT3》在UI界面的美术设计、背景颜色、画面风格以及用户使用模式等在设计上与《梦幻西游》手游完全一致，索赔1000万并要求下架《我叫MT3》赔礼道歉。
事件发生后的数天内，乐动卓越连续召开了两场说明会。乐动卓越CEO邢山虎坚持认为《我叫MT3点卡服》动了回合制的大蛋糕，因此网易要痛下杀手。同时，邢山虎以多款同类手游产品为例，以“源代码不同”和“UI和核心玩法没有专利”等观点力证《我叫MT3》未曾抄袭《梦幻西游》手游。
说明会结束之后，双方便未在公开场合继续打嘴仗。行业在沉默中等待结果。
3月27日，有消息称这起案件终于有了一审判决：法院认定《我叫MT3》侵权《梦幻西游》手游及乐动卓越对网易进行商业诋毁的事实成立，乐动卓越需停止不正当竞争行为，并赔偿网易人民币1000万元，同时需要连续5日在游戏官网显著位置刊登道歉声明。
3月28日中午，邢山虎连续发送了两篇微博，对“商业诋毁”的判决提出质疑，并称乐动卓越一定会继续上诉。
