8月1日，Konami 公布了2019财年第一季度的财务业绩报告，报告总结了公司在2018年4月1日至6月30日期间的营收、利润、各部门收入等情况。
首先，在2019财年第一季度，Konami 营收为585亿日元，较去年同期增长了4.9%，但在公司的利润数字均出现了轻微下滑。
而在较受关注的数字娱乐部门，我们也能看到相同的趋势。虽然 Konami 在这方面的收入依然实现了4%的增长，但利润却遭遇了13%的大幅下滑。对此 Konami 解释称，造成部门利润下降的原因，是对未来的预先投资，“分部的利润下降主要是由于预先投资，其中包括了为增加潜在用户的推广和对未来目标的研究和开发。”
数字娱乐部门的利润下降并不意味着 Konami 游戏的衰退，相反 Konami 在财报中表示，在 PC 及视频游戏市场，《实况力量棒球 2018》有着“令人欣喜的开始”，而《实况足球 2018》的 myClub 在线模式表现也十分强势。
在手游市场，《实况足球 2018》《游戏王 duel links》在全球市场表现稳定，《实况棒球力量》和《职棒野球魂A》则活跃在日本本土市场。与此同时，Konami 还提到旗下手游在中国市场也有所斩获：“通过与当地公司合作，《实况足球》和《实况：王者集结》得以继续发布。”
在接下来的几个月内，还有数款已经公布的 Konami 游戏将会迎来发售，其中包括了《实况足球 2019》、手游《爱相随 EVERY》等等。我们或许能看到 Konami 所说的“预先投资”在随后的几个月内产生实际作用。
