正义网北京10月30日电(记者于潇)腾讯公司诉沐瞳科技一案,即腾讯旗下MOBA游戏(即多人在线战术竞技游戏)《王者荣耀》起诉沐瞳科技旗下MOBA手游Mobile Legends:Bang Bang(以下称MLBB)侵权的案件,将于11月4日在深圳中院重启开庭程序。
作为国内著名的MOBA游戏诉讼案,该案件从2017年第一次立案审理,期间几经波折,至今已耗时5年之久。
2017年3月13日,腾讯于深圳中院正式起诉沐瞳科技旗下游戏MLBB涉及腾讯旗下《王者荣耀》手游的著作权及不正当竞争。2018年9月,深圳市中级人民法院对该案进行了第一次开庭,期间,该案的审理几经变动,其中21年初腾讯撤诉后重新起诉立案,案件又一次经历管辖异议的审理。
进入2022年,法庭在近期确认将于11月4日重新开庭审理。
