Balatro”（英语俚语中的小），因此也可以翻译为《小·小丑牌》。他做到的最优秀的一点就是使用了 Apple Watch 附带的转轴，用来滚动手牌。同时他确认，这并非完整的游戏，《小·小丑牌》包含了“17
个能使用的小丑、所有星球牌包括隐藏星球、可以正常使用的商店（不能购买卡包，但可以刷新），能够移动小丑位置和出售它们” 在内的核心玩法。
《小·小丑牌》使用了编程语言 Swift（苹果应用最常用的语言之一），Coktoco
