韩国Chrono工作室近日公布了旗下开放世界MMORPG新作《时空奥德赛(Chrono Odyssey)》的最新开发进展。游戏将于本月下旬启动首轮PC平台封闭测试，目前玩家仍可通过Steam页面报名参与。

据开发团队透露，本作核心特色“时空装置”将赋予玩家操控时间的能力，包括减缓敌人行动、回溯环境状态等。在PvP模式中，该能力会进行平衡性调整，但仍可作为战术手段使用。游戏采用无职业限制设计，玩家可通过自由切换武器类型来组合不同战斗风格。
测试版本将开放三大基础职业和九种武器类型。游戏世界“塞特拉”采用动态生态系统，包含随时间变化的天气、随机事件及区域首领等要素。终局内容方面，团队副本与高难度团本将成为PvE玩法重点，未来还将推出结合PvPvE要素的大型战场。
工作室表示计划进行多轮封闭测试，每轮间隔期间将根据玩家反馈优化系统并扩充内容。游戏正式版将登陆PC及主机平台，具体发售日期尚未公布。业内人士分析，该作试图通过时空操控机制在传统MMORPG框架中实现玩法突破，其实际表现值得期待。
